Our collect very little personal data from website users other than information voluntarily given through contact and registration form. 

Contact forms

On our contact forms, we ask for your name as well as your email address so that we can facilitate fast and easy responses.

Registration Forms

On our registration forms, we ask for more personal information so that we can best accommodate your retreat, conference, or reunion while in Ecuador. 

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to better understand our website visitors. The information we receive is not tied to individual accounts or names. 

Who we share your data with

In the process of planning for retreats and conferences, we share pertinent information with tourism providers and with the leadership team managing your conference or retreat. 

How long we retain your data

We store your personal information on our private computer and on the server that operates this website. We retain only your email address and name after your tour is complete. All other personal information is deleted.

What rights you have over your data

If you have submitted a registration or contact form, you can request to receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
